His primary focus was selling, creating, and implementing large state and national level programs with scopes known for their uniqueness and versatility.
In this time, he has been involved in structuring innovative solutions focusing on helping businesses, communities, and states by conceptualizing, managing, and delivering high-impact solutions affecting real-life challenges faced across a variety of sectors.
He specializes in Organisational Strategy, Project Management & People-Centric initiatives. He also works with Startups & MSME's assisting them in realizing short & long term business objectives.
SADHANA RAO - Senior Consultant
A multi-faceted professional, Sadhana Rao has an experience of over 33 years in Human Resource, Training & Development, Customer Relations Management, and Sales & Marketing. She has managed and led large teams and designed HR systems to reduce absenteeism and increase productivity. She has also devised marketing strategies to increase sales.
In her last assignment, she served as Vice President - HR and Learning & Development. Before that, she has served large organisations in the Airline industry, Training consultancy, and the BPO sectors.
She has conducted both in-house and open training programmes for various MNCs, Corporates, and Public Sector organisations on a pan-India basis. She is a Visiting Faculty for various Management Institutes in Northern India.
Her areas of expertise are leadership, negotiation, planning & execution and organisation development.

T RANGANATH - Senior Consultant
Ranganath is a Post Graduate in social sciences from JNU, New Delhi. He started his career with HCL in 1980. As a young sales trainee he quickly learnt the key points of professional selling which helped him grow at a remarkable pace in the office automation industry. By the late 80's he was moved to corporate marketing where he was a key member of the team which launched a new product line in his capacity as a senior product manager.
Bitten by the entrepreneurial bug, he co founded the 'Next Generation' group of IT companies in 1993. While he went on to become the MD of Crescent Software Solutions (a company that introduced, sold & supported innovative leading edge global products).
His learnings covered most aspects of management - his key interest and focus remained with Business Development, Employee Empowerment and Conflict Resolution. He strongly believes that the key issues that enable success for any organization are defined by how well the human asset is synchronized with management objectives and operational prudence.
Even as sales and marketing remained at the core of his competence, Ranganath decided to move into the consulting space in 2002.
